The Texas Instruments TI 99/4A computer is awesome, but it did not come with a built-in DOS. You can't catalog a disk, delete a file, or initialize a floppy from the command prompt. TI created Disk Manager 2 to do those things. While many disk-based disk managers have been released since then, it's always good to have a cartridge-based original in case of problems with your hardware.
