One of the rarer TI cartridges, this early utility allowed for the use of the Speech Synthesizer (sold separately) and brought human speech to the home computer era. Though largely replaced by the functions of the Terminal Emulator II and Extended BASIC cartridge, it remains an important historical piece of the TI 99/4A puzzle, and quite a collector's item!
