Comes in original box as shown. The box is crushed and damaged. Disk is tested and works. Comes with original disk in Epyx sleeve, instruction manual, Epyx product catalog, and warranty card.
While the disk has been tested on our system, due to the age and volatility of magnetic media, we cannot guarantee future performance, and I highly recommend making a backup copy of your original disks and playing from those.
