The United States Army Field Band, formed in 1946 after World War II, is the most traveled and musical organization of the United States military, having performed in all 50 states and 25 countries. They provide a musical link between the general public and the armed services and have several components, including the original Concert Band. They lead the first element of the traditional Presidential Inaugural Parade.
