CD: Ted Leo and the Pharmacists "Hearts of Oak" (Lookout!, 2003)
Sent out to press, radio and retail like this - printed CD in a plain white sleeve, no booklet or liner notes - to promote the album's release before it hit stores. Sleeve has a coffee stain on it and the CD has a few light marks, which do not affect play (hey, it was an in-store play copy for a long time).
