Sponsored by Kool, back when they were allowed to do such things, this compilation highlighted unsigned, up-and-coming bands in the midwest and west, and helped promote them in conjunction with the HORDE Festival. Not sure if any of these bands, or the musicians in them, ever grabbed that brass ring, but this is a cool time capsule from the music scene back in the day!
