This CD (catalog PRCD-1750-2) has the same tracks as a more common cardsleeve promo. But this one has an Elektra "advance CD" back tray card, and a unique front sticker, and comes in a jewel case. An interesting variant for any collector of Down, Pantera, or Philip Anselmo rarities.
