One of those bands that came and went before the Internet gathered all our history, so there's not a lot of info to be had about them. As far as I can tell, they were a short-lived band in the Cleveland/Akron area, consisting of singer Steve Fine, guitarist V.J. Petillo, bassist Chris Skyora, and drummer Greg Fritz. The four songs here have a jammy feel, kind of a hard rock band finding its way somewhere between Tesla's earthier moments and Blues Traveler's organic groove. It's really good, and a shame the band didn't make it further!
