This is one of those one-of-a-kind oddball things someone out there has to collect. I am guessing this was a service provided by the bookstore listed on the address label, to make tapes of old-timey radio broadcasts for a nominal fee. It's kind of like print-on-demand, 1980s style! Very interesting and not something I've seen quite like this before. (Note: it doesn't indicate which episode(s) of "The Shadows" are recorded here, but I assume the point of having this is for the nostalgia factor of the tape itself.)
