Foam pad is loose from mount and will need reglued. Given the age of this tape it is recommended to be purchased as a collector's item, and not for everyday listening.
Cassette has clean paper labels and comes in a black Ampex clamshell box, with outer label glued to the box. While it has a little side peeling and some scuffing on top, it is in much better shape than typical Ampex tapes of this era found in the wild.
